Terms & Conditions | TweedBet Casino Rules & Policy
Introduction
These terms and conditions govern every account registered with TweedBet and every wager placed on the site, whether on slots, the sportsbook, the crash game or any future product added to the platform. By creating an account, a player confirms they have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. Where anything in these terms conflicts with a specific promotion’s own rules, the promotion’s specific terms take precedence for that offer alone.
Eligibility
- Players must be at least 18 years old to register an account or place any wager.
- One account is permitted per person, per household and per payment method.
- Age and identity verification may be requested at any point, and must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
- TweedBet reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account found to be in breach of these terms.
- Employees of TweedBet and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold an account.
Account Registration
Accurate personal details must be provided at registration, including full legal name, date of birth and residential address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. Players are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and must notify support immediately if unauthorised account access is suspected.
Deposits And Withdrawals
| Action | Minimum | Maximum | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit | £10 | £25,000/day | Subject to payment provider limits |
| Withdrawal | £20 | £15,000/month | Higher limits available for verified VIP accounts |
| Verification | N/A | N/A | Required before first withdrawal |
Withdrawals are paid back to the original deposit method wherever possible. Where this is not possible, an alternative verified method will be used. TweedBet reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds for any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
Welcome Bonus Terms
The Welcome bonus of 200% up to £3000 is available to new customers only, credited following a first qualifying deposit of at least £20. The bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before any related winnings become withdrawable. Slots contribute 100% towards this requirement, crash games 50%, table games 20%, live dealer games 10%, and sportsbook wagers do not contribute at all. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them expire 30 days after crediting if the wagering requirement has not been met. Maximum stake while a bonus is active is £5 per spin, round or bet slip; wagers placed above this limit will not count towards the requirement and may void the bonus at TweedBet’s discretion.
Game Rules
All games on TweedBet use certified random number generators independently tested by an approved testing body. Return to player percentages are published on each game’s information panel and reflect long-run theoretical averages rather than a guarantee for any individual session. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a round, TweedBet reserves the right to void the round and refund the stake.
Responsible Gambling
TweedBet provides deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools, all accessible from the account settings page. Self-exclusion can be set for a minimum of six months and, once activated, cannot be reversed early under any circumstances. Players concerned about their gambling are encouraged to contact GamCare on 0808 8020 133 or visit gamblersanonymous.org.uk for independent support.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute regarding an account, a wager or a withdrawal should first be raised with TweedBet’s customer support team via live chat or email. If a resolution cannot be reached directly, players may escalate the dispute to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, details of which are available on request from support. TweedBet aims to resolve all disputes within 14 days of being raised.
Changes To These Terms
TweedBet may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, new products or operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated by email or by an on-site notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Bonus Abuse And Fair Use
TweedBet monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing matched or opposing bets across correlated markets purely to extract bonus funds, or exploiting a game malfunction for guaranteed profit. Any account found engaging in these practices will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided, and may be suspended pending further review. Genuine players who simply have a lucky run of form are never penalised under this clause; it exists specifically to catch deliberate, systematic abuse of promotional terms.
Currency And Fees
All accounts on TweedBet operate in pounds sterling. Deposits and withdrawals made in other currencies may be converted automatically at the prevailing exchange rate, and a small conversion fee may apply depending on the payment method used. TweedBet does not charge its own withdrawal fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges outside of TweedBet’s control. Any such fees will be disclosed at the point of transaction wherever possible.
Account Closure And Inactivity
Players may close their account at any time by contacting support, and any withdrawable balance will be paid out before closure is finalised. Accounts left inactive for 12 consecutive months without a login or transaction may be classified as dormant, at which point a small monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from any remaining balance, in line with standard industry practice. Players can prevent this by logging in periodically, even without placing a wager.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute not resolved through the ADR process is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
